Helen Cullens is a club photographer whose interests are landscape and landscape detail particularly plants and rocks;  cityscapes preferably with modern architecture and anything in close-up especially with a macro lens.

Anyone living in the St. Albans area who is interested in photography is very welcome to come to the Community Centre, Jersey Farm St. Albans on Tuesdays at 7.45 for 8 pm. Our season runs from the beginning of Sept until the end of May, click on the logo for details of our programme.

The Chilterns Association of Camera Clubs

Organiser of interclub competitions in our area of the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain.   In particular it runs the Annual Exhibition, Audio Visual and Rosebowl Competitions.

 

 

The Photographic Alliance of Great Britain

PAGB Logo

Parent Organisation of all the Camera Clubs in GB.    Has a range of Awards similar to those given by the RPS plus others given for service to the PAGB.

 

Royal Photographic Society

Well known for its awards.   There are regional meetings several times a year.   Our area is the Thames Valley, though there are also meetings in London advertised in the journal which are available to non members.
